Frenchman Nicolas Quillé, GM and Head Winemaker of Banfi Vintners, will hold a wine appreciation/ education seminar with a curated tasting of four top-quality French rosés made from the different grapes of Champagne, Provence, Rhône (Tavel), Loire (Sancerre).

Originally from Lyon, Nicolas comes from a family that has been in the wine business for three generations. He has a Master’s degree in Winemaking from the University of Dijon, Burgundy, and a Master in Wine Business from the University of Reims, Champagne. At this seminar he’ll discuss the provenance of the grapes and how the French enjoy Rosés.

After the tasting, guests will be invited to mingle, enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres, and bid in a silent auction of three lovely custom-made wine racks from Stellar Cellars.

The event will be in English with some French terminology. Tickets are $30 for AF members, $40 for non-members and includes the seminar, hors d’oeuvre buffet, and the silent auction. This is an exceptional event featuring outstanding wines and top industry knowledge.
