Tickets are now on sale for a trio of prizes totaling $2400 in value, as part of the 11th Annual Bastille celebration. First prize is a $1000 luxury, all-inclusive 3-day Paris package kindly donated by Avanti Destinations, the leader for independent travel to Europe, Central America, and South America. This includes 3 nights’ accommodations at a prime 3-star hotel, two 3-day ParisVisite passes, a Paris TripBuilder CityGuide, and daily breakfast.
Second prize is an $800 “Romeo & Juliet” package at the Heathman Hotel, including two nights’ lodging in a Symphony Suite, sparkling wine, chocolates, a red rose, candles, continental breakfast for two, taxes, and valet parking.
Third prize is a premium Lifetime Alliance Membership and a ticket to the famed Beaujolais Nouveau festival in Portland this November (value is $600).
Order raffle tickets securely online by clicking here up through July 12, or on site at the Bastille Festival at Director Park up until 6p.m. on July 13. Tickets can also be purchased by calling the Alliance office at 503.223.8388. Maximum 800 tickets to be sold.
The winners’ names will be drawn at the close of the Bastille festival (6:00 p.m. on July 13); winners need not be present to win and will be notified that evening by phone and email. All proceeds go toward nonprofit cultural programming of the Alliance.
Prize details: For the Avanti $1000 package: valid for travel Aug. 1 to Nov. 15, 2013 and Jan. 3 to June 30, 2014 at a prime 3-star hotel property selected by Avanti; subject to blackout dates. The Heathman Hotel prize must be used by July 13, 2014. The Beaujolais Nouveau ticket with the Alliance Premium Lifetime Membership is valid for the event at the Heathman on Nov. 22, 2013.
