Fans have alerted us to author Susan Conley’s upcoming reading at Powell’s Books on W. Burnside, on Tuesday, November 5, at 7:30pm.
Conley’s writing has appeared in The Paris Review, The Harvard Review, The North American Review, and elsewhere.
Her book, Paris Was the Place, is fiction, but touches on modern-day immigration issues and includes details on Paris (Conley minored in French and lived in Paris). See an interview with Conley on Amazon.
The Powell’s event is free and books will be available for purchase and signing.
